Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we'll provide you with a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Can I change my plan later?

Of course! You can change your plan at any time from your personal space. Changes take effect immediately.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled babysitting. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours), fees may apply depending on the babysitter's conditions.

Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes, you can add additional information to your invoices such as your CESU number, company details, or any other necessary information.

How does billing work?

Payment is made directly between you and the babysitter. You can agree on the payment method together: cash, bank transfer, CESU, or through our secure payment system.
