How does Babysittor work?

Babysittor connects parents and babysitters near you. Post a childcare ad, browse profiles with a verified ID document and reviews from other families, chat directly with candidates and confirm your babysitter in a few taps from the app.

How much does babysitting cost?

Rates depend on how long you need care, how many children you have, and your city. On average, expect around €10 to €15 per hour. Thanks to the 50% tax credit and the CMG allowance from the CAF, in-home childcare often costs far less than parents expect.

How and how much should I pay my babysitter?

Pay your babysitter simply and securely straight from the Babysittor app. You agree the rate together. Remember to declare your babysitter through Pajemploi or CESU so you can benefit from the 50% tax credit and stay compliant with the law.

Is the app free?

Downloading and creating a profile is free. For parents, a subscription gives access to all features: posting ads, browsing detailed profiles, messaging and secure payment. Babysitters use the app completely free of charge.

How do I choose a babysitter with good reviews?

Browse profiles, family reviews and the parent community on Babysittor. Ask the babysitter about her experience and training (first aid in particular): this information is self-declared and is not verified by Babysittor. Also consider proximity. Always arrange a meeting with your children before the first sitting to make sure it's a good fit.

Bordeaux - Dax Je m’appelle Flavie, j’ai 24 ans. J’ai été psychomotricienne auprès de jeunes enfants et de bébés (expérience en cabinet libéral et crèche). J’ai poursuivi mes études et je suis actuellement étudiante en psychologie. Je suis titulaire du BAFA depuis 8 ans (expérience en centre de loisir et colonie de vacances) et je suis également formée aux gestes de premiers secours. Ma formation et mes nombreux babysittings m'ont permis d'acquérir assez d'aisance pour m'occuper d'enfants de tous âges et leur proposer des activités adaptées. Je saurais également prendre soin de nos amis à 4 pattes si nécessaire ! Je suis disponible pour des gardes ponctuelles et plutôt le soir, n'hésitez pas à me contacter, je serai ravie de vous rencontrer avant une garde si vous le souhaitez !
